Minh Dang, MSW, Ph.D. is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Survivor Alliance, an international non-profit and non-governmental organization with a mission to unite and empower survivors of slavery and human trafficking. She is also a Research Fellow and Lead in Survivor Wellbeing and Scholarship at the University of Nottingham’s Rights Lab. Recently, Minh earned her Ph.D in Politics and Contemporary History, studying the wellbeing of survivors of slavery and human trafficking. Minh lived the first 33 years of her life in the San Francisco Bay Area region of California and is a proud two-time alumna of the University of California, Berkeley. Minh earned her B.A. in Sociology in and Masters in Social Welfare, with an emphasis on Community Mental Health. She is a fan of farmers' markets, loves to sing, and a true love warrior. You will rarely find her without a journal or post-it notes, and she hopes to one day launch a stationery line called Minhspiration. She is also an auntie, ama, and dear friend to many.
